That must have confused the installer, but worked like a charm after a format. I've had that old system disk plugged in on F: without doing anything more to it. A few months back I (at last) made the switch to SSD, and used some tool to clone the content of my system disk onto my new SSD. I first had a problem getting Windows 10 to download at all, which was solved when I formated my prior Windows-disk.
